This morning as I got off the scales and read 155 it hit me. This is your 61st wedding anniversary and you have gained 23 lbs in that time. It seems like yesterday I was 17 and weighed 132 with a 30 waist. I was a good looking dude in my dress blues. Standing before the justice of the peace instead of ‘I DO’ I replied as a Jarhead should, Yes SIR! The beautiful young lady beside me followed by saying YES SIR, the girl was a fast learner.That girl has followed me over a lot of the world, moved at least 30 times traveled over a million miles and over 26 countries. She never once complained. She lived in a converted chicken coop once and at one place that had no inside plumbing. Yep with two children we had an outhouse.We started off our marriage in a 26×8 trailer, now after 61 years she lives in a 38×8 motor home. That is an increase of 12 feet. Not bad.I have found God is good________________Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/

I could suck it in enough but when I released, it wouldn’t work. hahaha.Mama plans to bury me in uniform.An undertaker friend told me they could make any size fit. I gave my Dress Blues to a young marine when I departed the Corps.
