We’ve been renting since retirement, but I decided that it was time my wife had her own walls to pound nails into. It’s a simple 3 bedroom 2 bath with a 2 car garage. As we toured it, Carol had a hard time hiding how much she loved the house. I looked at the asking price, offered $5000 less. Much to the amazement of my realtor, they accepted it. It’s been totally refurbished.I told Carol that she had lived in enough parsonage which were sorely substandard. I wanted her to have a place she loved.It made her cry.I think she’s gonna let me live there, too. ________________
