There were many police officers in Dallas.But 11 were gunned down last night – ambush style.Several of them are dead.The bad guys had bigger firepower than the officers.Is it time to make those guns that can spray bullets everywhere illegal?Or should every cop carry machine guns?Does anyone have the answer________________
They are semi-automatic rifles…only military can have assault weapons. If you look at those who own have used them to kill others, they are individuals who are felons and who should not own such weapons legally.By the end of today, there will be more people killed by drunk driving than last night and it is illegal to drink and drive.The worst domestic terror attack on Oklahoma was carried out through fertilizer and the Boston bombing was done with a pressure cooker.

That is false in every way. There is no new open-carry law for long-guns. The guy who was pictured in the crowd was not the shooter, he was just carrying to show he was exercising his 2nd amendment rights. That is a false story. The sniper was hiding in a perch the whole time.
Shooting officers is illegal. How does that law work?

Did anyone else ask the question, why did this large police presence at a protest known for violence, only wear their beat uniforms instead of riot gear and armor? I know I did, and I think I have a good idea of why.
No.My guns have not revolted yet. They sit quietly in my closet until I am ready to used them. I know of no gun that has taken upon itself to carry out any kind of crime. Through carelessness and malice of men and women many men, women and children have been killed. Sometimes knives, cars, guns, baseball bats, chemicals of various kinds and assorted other devices are used. In each instance the device is just a tool that is misused or abused.
I believe in the 2nd Amendment. I have guns myself. But consider that almost under not circumstance but actual COMBAT do you need a gun that has a massive magazine, etc. You just don’t unless you are one of those folks who keeps expecting the guvm’t and their black helicopters to come crashing in.Under virtually every normal circumstance, a shotgun or rifle with a handful of shots is plenty in virtually every hunting or home invasion circumstance. Consider that is only in the movies where a highly skilled team of former SEALs gone bad are going to break into a home with highly advanced weapons, etc. In most case, if someone breaks in at all, they may not even have a gun, or if they do, they certainly don’t have any firepower that will be more effective than your shotgun. Further, if there IS a gunfight, they aren’t going to stay around long, since the police are going to be quickly on the way upon hearing of shots fired.
So Aaron, you personally don’t feel I have a need for my ar-15 or hi-cap mag. Are there other things in my life that you feel I don’t need? Why is it anyone’s business to decide what I need or don’t need?Do you own more than one car? Do you really need it? How far do we go with this argument. There will be more people killed this hour …across the US due to bad driving….than in Dallas last night…… Why not govern all vehicles to 70 mph. You don’t need a mph hour more. The fact is…I own 4 ar-15’s. I like target shooting in my back yard. Most all of the mass shootings that transpire in the US are due people who are not supposed to have a gun.Interesting stat, more are killed each year with hammers than the ar-15. Does anyone really need a hammer?
That is false, there are countless examples of people defending their homes from multiple attackers with standard-capacity magazines (ones that you falsely call massive) It happens frequently.
