I haven’t heard that. I believe he attended Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and I only know of his Baptist background.I once got the names Perry Noble and Perry Stone confused in my mind when I was reading something on Acts about Perry Noble.
Congratulations.
Amen brother
Jesus said that the poor will always be with us. It is cyclic and the system is impersonal, lacking sympathy.
The system is without compassion but Jesus told the rich man to sell what he had and give to the poor, He also said to give the poor food and drink and that we would be rewarded many times over.
I don’t see it as impersonal or lacking sympathy.
The very reason for Christ Jesus stating that is to cause us to have empathy and sympathy:
See the command from the Old Testament
Deut 15:11 and following.
