Larry Gunter pastor of Victorious Life COG died yesterday. Larry was a long time friend. Obituary for James Larry GunterJames ‘Larry’ Gunter, age 68 of Conyers, passed away Thursday, January 07, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Gunter. He is survived by his mother, Hazel Gunter; wife, Kathleen Gunter; son and daughter-in-law, Larry Gunter, Jr. (Teresa); daughter and son-in-law, Bridgett Taylor (Greg); grandchildren, Kander Gunter, Farrah Gunter, Jasper Gunter, EmmaKay Taylor; 3 great-grandchildren; siblings and spouses, Randy and Teresa Gunter, Dana and Larry Patterson, Keith and Lisa Gunter. Larry was the pastor at the Victorious Life Church of God for 24 wonderful years. His passion and mission in life was to spread the word of God all over the world, including Africa, Jamaica and Russia. Larry loved his Lord and his family, he will be missed, but never forgotten. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 09, 2021 at 3:30 PM at Victorious Life Church of God with Bishop Tom Madden officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 09, 2021 from 2:30PM to 3:30 PM at the church. Graveside services and interment will be held at Rye Patch Cemetery, Ludowici, Ga on Sunday, January 10, 2021Larry came from Homerville Ga (I think this is correct).
