I have a prayer request for my wife. We just received word today that she has invasive ductal carcinoma. Apparently, it is the most common form. We have not been to an oncologist yet. From my internet research, at minimum, it will likely involve a lumpectomy up to a mastectomy including chemo. We have no idea how advanced it is. invasive ductal implies it has invaded the duct glands, but we do not know exactly what it means.
