I received this message in a Facebook pm last night. Carol and I have been posting Stir Crazy Gospel Time during the time of quarantine. It’s geared to older people who are stuck inside. We sing old songs they usually don’t hear in churches any more.A professional gospel singer sent me that message.We never claimed to be perfect. We are doing this for others and quite frankly, ourselves.I replied that we are only doing our best with what God has given us. I asked them if they are doing the same with what God has given them. If they don’t like our singing, just move on________________

Naw, not going to give them the free publicity. I think we will step up the game and start using a different guitar each time.Actually, we enjoy singing together. It’s been a while________________
Do not stop! If people are enjoying them (and they are!), keep doing them. The person actually sounds a bit jealous of the attention you are getting. People love to hear the old songs. It has brought back memories of my family singing together when I was little. Just tell the JERK this: The Ark was built by amateurs, while the Titanic was built by experts.And, yes, he/she is a jerk. While you get it done, they just sit there and criticize those who are doing it, thinking the world will eventually come running to them…if the world had any sense.
