I would like to know where the Bible uses the term “administrative” Bishops, and where does it teaches that Bishops have only administrative responsibilities?

Some of you that write here and waste your time griping and bellyaching have never known what real heartache is……………………………………… Suppose you are wakened by a phone call (.in 1982….that tells you that your 25 year old son has been found hung (and there is evidence of homicide ) and you go for 35 years with no closure because his death has never been investigated….as i said you don’t know what it’s like to go to JESUPS CHURCH CEMETERY and visit his grave…BUT. I haven’t spent my time whinnying over these past years i have allowed the Holy ghost to comfort me…………… The prayer of the addicted is…………………………………………………GOD HELP ME TO CHANGE THE THINGS I CAN , AND LEAVE ALONE THOSE THAT I CANT, AND GIVE ME THE ABILITY TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE …………………………………………………………………DON’T YOU THINK IT’S TIME YOU GOT OVER YOUR ADDICTION OF SELF PITY?
My prayer is God change the things I can’t change, Amen!
