I actually agree with you quite a bit here NBF. Neither will get my vote though, I believe the 2 party system needs to come to an end, and this is the best time ever for it.

Economically he was a Goldwater Republican and better than Bush, socially, not so much. I don’t remember any changes to religious freedom, guns or abortion laws during his time.He also greatly cut back on welfare, he put thugs in prison, and supported a defense of marriage Act – only between a man and a woman.I would take that in a President right now________________

Really? The biggest gun-ban in history? The 1994 Assault Weapons Ban?, He threatened to veto any abortion bill from congress and your buddy Gingrich caved in. Don’t-ask-don’t-tell to allow gays in the military. I seem to remember a lot of state-department investigations into ministries at the time (some deserved, others just for being large)
