We have been asked to look into a story concerning a COG ministry center in Makati-Manilla, Philippines. We are told it was built with YWEA funds and may be sold. According to the information we have received, the Center has been a powerful assett to the COG.Here is a portion of the information that has come to us.

YWEA funds have been a blessing over the world and at home in the USA, I was told many years ago by a state overseer, that YWEA funds in his state, before he came aboard had been used to benefit the state office as sort of a slush fund.He also said that he thought it was an isolated case and in his experience YWEA had been a blessing. This SO was kin but also a great guy. He said that they had replaced the YWEA money slowly from state funds with agreement with the state board.I am not sure what strings are attached once the money is used. I do not approve with a 'GIFT' that has strings unless they are logical normal legal strings. Mental strings, emotional strings can cause deep hurt. Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/
