I put a lot of stock in a man that keeps his word.Cruz did not.I am sorry I was duped into voting for him in the Florida primary. It won't happen again.I wish I had a picture of all of those guys raising their hands pledging support for the Rep. nominee.Turns out Trump was one of very few honest men and women up there.Christie, Rubio, Carson were honest. Anybody else? The party of Honest Abe.Who knew.Trump was also correct labeling him Lyin' Ted.Maybe this Trump guy is honest and right on more than we give him credit for.He sure knew Ted Cruz better than I did

As I watched Cruz make a total Judas of himself last night, I couldn't help but remember the 1976 convention where Reagan, having narrowly been defeated by Gerald Ford for the nomination, gave a rousing speech to the delegates and then stood side-by-side with Ford on the stage. Reagan demonstrated class. Cruz demonstrated ego

Thank God for Ted Cruz. If he had endorsed Trump I would no longer believe in his character as someone who puts principle over establishment politics. This is the Ted Cruz that stood up to the lying Republican leadership in the Senate and would not go along to get along then, why should he now?

He shouldn't say something he didn't mean.He should have been a man and kept his hand down last year - like Trump did - if he didn't mean it.His career is toast.Easy to see why not one other Senate colleague backed him.Even his friend Sessions went with Trump.I believed in Ted until last night. I voted for him. I was wrong

I voted for him. I was wrong. I have no problem with Cruz standing by his principles.I thought it was interesting last night to watch the media have a coniption over Cruz's speech and then every member of the Luntz focus group said they had no problem with Cruz because they respected a man who wouldn't sell out for the sake of politics. What Cruz did last night mattered more to the media than it did to the people (with some exceptions).I doubt any of you would endorse a man who called your wife ugly and agreed with the nonsense that your father was involved in the assissination of of a US President. Blood is thicker than water and your family honor is more important than raising your hand months earlier. And on a side note, the hand-lifting-pledge was more about not running as a 3rd party candidate than it was about endorsing anyone. Go back and watch the clip. The focus is on pledging not to run as a 3rd party candidate. Also when you watch the clip you will see that Trump was the only one to raise to his hand because the question was posed in the negative. Cruz never raised his hand as you said he shouldn't have

Actually just because Cruz didn't come out and gush all over Trump people think he broke the pledge.Apparently the GOP doesn't like it when people vote their conscience, because that's exactly what he said.

That picture doesn't exist because that's not the way the question was framed. The candidates were asked to raise their hand if they wouldn't pledge to support the eventual nominee and if they wouldn't pledge to not run as an independent. Trump was the only one to raise his hand. So the picture of which you speak does not exist
