Earned from UNC-Greensboro I believe. Hey SB, it probably don't count from a hill billy school! Just kidding UNC is a pretty good school, had two Grandsons graduate, they can speak fair English now. If they had went for the Doctorate, they woulda learned to write too. I agree the man probably has worked for his Doctorate. Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/

Does this make him ineligible to serve on the council of 18? I didn't think those who submitted budgets can be on the co18. If he can't who would replace him

His undergrad is Lee.UNCG is a graduate degree (masters).
