Had my last visit to the heart surgeon's office Tuesday. Also had an appointment with my local heart Dr.He said everything looked good. He went on to say bypass surgery generally last for about 10 years. Said I need to walk 30-45minutes per day.Eddie came down with a whip and is following me down the road. Actually he is encouraging me, thank you Brother. Made a mile yesterday and a mile this morning Recorded Sermons @ www.pastorwiley.com

GREAT NEWS! Some folk enjoy running and walking. I used to run every morning before going to work because EArl Nightengale and Zig said it was good to get the blood flowing good and oxygen to the brain. I never enjoyed it, I endured it by letting my mind wander. We walk daily (when possible) I do not enjoy walking a walking track, but the trails at state parks or green ways are good. Even walking in down towns and new neighborhoods is good for me. I can enjoy that.Hey a mile is good! Glad to hear it. Hang in there, GOOD NEWS is always good. Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/

Praise God for the good report.Eddie mentioned a song and it reminded me of a song that comes to mind when I'm sitting at home not feeling like exercising but thinking I need to.Put one foot in front of the other. And soon you'll be walking across the floor.Put one foot in front of the other. And soon you'll be walking out the door.
