GREAT NEWS! Some folk enjoy running and walking. I used to run every morning before going to work because EArl Nightengale and Zig said it was good to get the blood flowing good and oxygen to the brain. I never enjoyed it, I endured it by letting my mind wander.We walk daily (when possible) I do not enjoy walking a walking track, but the trails at state parks or green ways are good.
