On Joel Osteen's site, is a place to Find A Church. These are places his ministry recommends. For example, Trinity Chapel, a COG congregation in Powder Springs, GA., is listed.Most likely, Joel does not have any idea which churches are chosen for the list, with that probably delegated to staff, but I thought it humorous that none of our churches in Cleveland or Chattanooga were listed.It's important to say that his site does not make any negative comments about any church, just gives a positive recommendation for some.Doyl

I looked through his Find a Church link. Two things strike me as sad:1. Some of the churches recommended.

If you are looking for a Church of God you can go to this link.www.churchofgod.org/index.php/church-locatorI was surprised to see how many churches it listed for Cleveland, TN. Most of the churches have a website listed with all of the pertinent information.

I could see the financial partnership, but you gotta have doctrine to be in partnership doctrinally, don't ya? Guess his doctrine is Don't worry, be Happy, and with his money guess that's how he lives.
