When God says we are ... this Divine declaration is decisive, not in degree or over long duration, rather it is the double cure for both sins we are doomed by and the sin nature that dominates us. Now how we live it out, there's the daily death we all must dedicate ourselves to.

Than again, I did not answer/point to any specific moment in the ordus salutus in which one is sanctified. I just wanted to write something that had a lot of d words in it that reflected my belief that sanctification, in regards to God's application to the repentant is sovereign and instantaneous.
