This is addressed mainly to pastors.How many key positions at your church will be left vacant if you leave or retire? Music? Teaching? Visitation? Maintenance?Just thinking out loud

Pastors putting immediate family members in key positions and whe they move on, there are large holes left in the church ministries

That is a very good point. Of course there are the times he has no choice because of lack of qualified folk... In that case training would help and it definitely should be considered.. Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/
