I would rather hear a COG leader preach than the Pope speak, however the numbers are in favor of the Pope. Besides, Cleveland (in the hills of East TN) and Vatican City (in the middle of Rome) just don't compare. You guys got nice office building and all, but face it, the view of Mouse Creek and Keith Street just does not cut it when compared to St. Peters and the Square. Even the Mormon's have a more impressive set up in Salt Lake City then most Pentecostal denominations seat of power have. COGOP does not even have its Tabernacle on Keith Street anymore and Fields of the Wood needs some updating. Now if a leader in the COG Movement had the gift to bring all the related denominations and local churches together into one organization, he might be recognized by the world leaders. I'm sure there's a long line of preachers who say that given the chance they could do that, but the rest of us would call him the beast of Revelation if it happened. You know how we are!So the Pope is the man and we will continue to preach that the RCC has a lead on being the Harlot that sits on seven hills. How many hills does Cleveland have?
