Since today is Wednesday I am excited to hear that people are coming out on a Monday and Tuesday night hungry for the things of God. Hb. 11:6: And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

What does tore it up mean in reference to revival, Andy?Sounds violent/destructive to the ole timer.

tore it up is an expression that is common in our section of the beloved South. It means to do something extremely well.Pastor Cauley ministered the Word extremely well and effectively prayed with folks in the altar on every night. Oh by the way, a young man who had never been to any church before he began to attend here about a year ago.Received Christ a short time after he began to attend here. Was baptized in the Holy Spirit last night. With the accompanying evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gave him the utterance. It's been really Pentecostal around here this week. Charles A. HutchinsSenior Pastor SPWCCongregational Church of Godwww.spwc.church
