I have been preparing to turn this ship about for quite sometime. Praying and learning. We are headed down fast and and a quick turn would probably put us in a tail-spin. Sunday evening I began educating our folks on the direction that we need to be going. Changes that need to be made, etc. I have been here quite some time and have built some trust. We had some good success in the beginning, but many set backs in the past couple of years have caused a lot of erosion.
