| Can anyone tell me whatever became of the old Shades Mountain COG in Hoover (Bham) area in Alabama? I know it was called Point of Grace for a little bit, and was the former old South Park COG. The last i heard they had sold the church to muslims and purchased a Movie Theatre somewhere, but then don't know what happened.Is the church still active? Did they merge to form another church? Who is the Pastor?Thanks |

| The South Park COG was a powerful strong church in Birmingham. It was a church of great revival and many ministers were a part of this church. The church moved around 1981 ish to Hoover because of urban decay as the community now is very dangerous. |
