The same with Governments and the ungodly ISIS.I have spent a good bit of the morning contacting everyone I could in government to find out why the Oil Source of ISIS is not choked.I was never on the ground in VietNam but was in the intel targeting end with DIA. We had a list of VITALS we could not touch i.e. ammo dumps, fuel storage, food and water supplies, even vital bridges.It was sickening. Now I see the same thing with ISIS.
