Where I live, we are constantly being hit up by church folk because those oils are in the bible....That's what I'm told. Add to that, some are teaching these oils help you get into the spiritual realm more clearer. Yes, that is what the founder says.

What Casey describes above, an a thousand other fads/fancies/trends what floats through Penneycostal/Charismaniac circles reminds me a somethin I read recently in God's Word renderin of the Bible.

I've heard plenty of people talk about using essential oils, but this is the first time I've ever heard anyone connect it to anything remotely spiritual.From what I understand, there is scientific info about how the essential oils work. It's just a more natural way to address some issues. My wife has been buying essential oils for the past several years. In our experience, when used as directed, they can really bring relief for things like headaches, muscle aches, and even asthma symptoms. She sells them too, but never aggressively. We're just not salespeople. We mainly buy them for personal use.
