Just curious. When I was a young fellow and thought I was a preacher, it seemed the entire Church guidance, doctrine and teachings along with all the preachers and missionaries were all wrapped up in the small soft back, many times ragged, book always referred to as the Minute,Minutes or Book of Minutes.In reality it was never a record of minutes of a General Assembly as I knew the meaning of i.e. Would the secretary read the Minutes of our last meeting etc.In reference to a post just made, I thought I would ask a question I have been wondering off and on for years. I like many young preachers ordered a copy immediately when we were notified in the Evangel they were ready.Is that still done, is it still called the Minutes? JUST CURIOUS?
