What if each state/region nominated two representatives from their area to serve on the Executive Council. That would create a pool of about 60 names to choose from.After all, the ministers of a particular state would know who attends state meetings, shows leadership abilities, has a good reputation in his community, and etc.

That point is well made. Allow each country to submit a representative name(s) also. There is merit to this thinking. It would be nice if someone would take the idea and move with it. It may get some support, especially outside the SE USA! Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/
