One of the biggest human failures is asking a question, being surprised at the answers and calling out the ones who answered when not in agreement.I enjoyed the post. I learned a good bit, but most of all, I have read the word 'hyperbole' but never used it. I knew the definition, so I knew what you were asking about. But for years I have mentally pronounced the word, HIPER-BOWL.So when I read this to my wife, who is a high school grad, she sort of snickered, you mean -----------. So I looked it up, I still cannot pronounce it.Anyway, all in all I thought it was a great post for hearing others ideas. JMHO!I have vowed NEVER to try to pronounce the word again, Who ever derived the pronouncing of the word should have looked at the spelling closer, it says 'HIPER-BOWL!
