The Lord is our healer, yet we still will all get sick and die.The Lord is our provider, yet we may have to face financial hardship just like Paul did at times, and just like Jesus had no place to lay his head at times.The Lord is our deliverer, but we may have to die a martyr's death, just as most of the original apostles did and just as untold numbers of faithful followers of Jesus have had to over the centuries even to this day.

Agreed. When my mother was in her last days of fighting cancer my dad called everyone he knew asking them to pray for an eleventh hour miracle. I obliged him on the phone, but when I hung up I also recognized that sometimes our miracle comes in the form of us leaving this life and into eternity with God.
