Real friendship smiles at differences. A few years ago I lost my BEST friend. Sonny was a Christian. He was a dedicated Methodist. He was a Democrat (his daddy was a Democrat, his kids are Democrats, etc), he supported Unions, even lost his job once because he supported a union that wanted to unionize the cotton mills.I am a Republican/Independent, I believe in right to work. At times we joked bout our differences but we never did get upset. I loved Sonny like a brother, I miss his honesty, his integrity and friendship. WE had more important things in common that differences faded.NO, friends do not have to change their opinions, they cherish the friendship.Just my opinion________________Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/
