When Jesus takes control of our lives we no longer desire to willfully sin.Or was this a trick question________________“Hell will be filled with people that didn’t cuss, didn’t drink, and may even have been baptized. Why? Because none of those things makes someone a Christian.”
Because God says to.Because godly love is always the best way to live, and ungodly sin is always the worst way to live. Because God is love, and he who lives in love lives in God, and God in him. Because God sent Jesus to turn us away from our iniquities. Because Christ is our wisdom, righteousness, holiness and redemption. Because Christ was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him is no sin.Because we who have been baptized into His death have died with Christ to sin, that from now on we should no longer serve sin.Because, for those under grace, sin shall not be our master.Because we who have been crucified with Christ have been set free from sin. Because we are now slaves of righteousness, redeemed from slavery to sin.
