I agree it should be shut down…but not for the cynical reason stated above.He had a unique set of gifts suited for that position that the COG leveraged.If he goes to another position, we should wait UNTIL SOMEONE ELSE has the same background and gifts. (and enough funding as well)We don’t need to just slot someone in there because no one else that I know of has his unique gifts and experiences________________

I would love to see him take his gifts and talents to a broader audience.Having said that … the ministry that he has led over the last two years is needed.What should we do with it?Appoint …. Can we do it similarly for less, or no, moneyIf Marty has a guy that will do it for no charge from his current job, we can thank Marty and Stevens Creek for allowing him the leeway to do the same job at no expense to the COG.A win-win.
