While most get save and then go on to receive the Holy Ghost, I have seen in my days at least 10 people whom I knew get saved and receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost at the same time. I will say 8 of the 10 did go to church occasionally, but two of them were not church attenders and they even made fun of holiness people. They went to a revival and the power of God was so strong during those services believers was receiving the Baptism and the saved were being filled as they got saved. I can say that these 2 people are still dedicated to God and serving Him. I guess that evens add more questions to sanctification being a second work of grace.
Yes… time is running out.

Sanctification is subsequent to the baptism of the Holy Ghost. You have to be baptized by the Holy Ghost before you can have sanctification.
