I am out of the loop. I didn’t know there was a reboot in the US. John Goodman has had a number of roles in film over the years. I have rarely seen Rosanne in anything besides one movie. I have not seen the one who played her sister much. I have seen the girl on the show on a sit come on TV since. Didn’t they have a son in the original show? I just saw clips of the reboot on YouTube and did not see him, though I did see a child, presumably a grandchild. I wonder why celebs feel the need to post opinions on Twitter. If they are rich and famous, maybe they enjoy using that to promote their (sometimes uninformed or just plain wrong) opinions to the public. But for the sake of their careers, it might be best just not to have a twitter account or let it be filtered by a PR agent. If they need money, why take the risk?If it was doing well, the show could just kill off the Rosanne character without too much explanation like they did with that show in the ’80s. I think the names of the Show were Valerie, Valerie’s family, and then The Hogan Family. In the next season, she was missing and they talked about her having died. It lasted four years. They wrote the first airhead blonde character out of Three’s Company and brought in a cousin. They could have Rosanne be dead, and John Goodman’s character marry another wise cracking female. What do you think of Rosie O’Donald, and they could call the show Rosie? I think I would be even less likely to watch the show if they did that, though. There are probably a lot of unemployed actors from ’80s and ’90s sitcoms who would go for a reboot. What about those two roommates who were distant cousins? One was from the Greek isle of Meepos who would do the dance of joy? They could bring them back, or Erkle. Or they could bring back that really old sitcom about the science nerds where one of them seems to have asbergers. Oh, never mind, the first episodes of that were old, but they never took that one off the air________________
