My Android phone has three ways of placing it on or off Airplane Mode.1. The pull-down screen has an option to do or undo Airplane Mode. 2. Hold the on-off button until the option to place it on Airplane Mode appears.3. In settings, there is also an on-off switch for Airplane Mode.Using all three, I’ve taken the phone off Airplane Mode at least 20 times or more. However, within moments it reverts back to it. I’ve shut the phone completely down five times and restarted it. Didn’t help.Trying not to do a factory reset since it is such a hassel to start back at zero to completely set everything up again.Any advice you have will be much [email protected]________________

Special thanks to each one who responded. It is very much appreciaterd. I shared the problem with three different people at T-Mobile and the third one figured it out. I asked her what she did to fix it and she said, I’m actually not exactly sure? Anyway, it has been working like a charm. Blessings.Doyl________________
