You can be SURE that the Democrats will try to make hay of it. If it said that Trump was absolutely NOT GUILTY, they would still find a way, probably by impugning Mueller.At present, however, Mueller, the guy they pinned their hopes on, cannot be safely touched since to do so would be for Trump to say, Well, why didn’t you say so when he started?
