It would be easy to pile on and say: Does Kevin have busses to pick them up and take them back when their parents cases are resolved or deported?But there are 12,000 kids being housed right now – 10,000 came here without any parents. We will eventually need to do something with them – set them up for adoption or something. Kevin is probably thinking long term – he has these dormitories that aren’t being used – there are some some kids that may need a long term place to stay – he makes the offer.Perhaps the government pays a certain amount per child – Kevin uses unused facilities he has – a win – win________________
