Using debt in the real estate business is not unusual. You should know that Eddie! What the article does not bring out is Hillary's debt. Not cash debt but favors she owes.

Relatively speaking He is much better off than the guy who earns $70K a year and only owes on a $20K car.Not to mention the folks who are buying that $200,000 home and make $150k.I am figuring on Trump being worth 5 Billion. That is the lowest estimate I have heard. He could move some stuff around sell some and have over 4 Billion and be out of debt.Just saying......I personally would do that, because I have been debt free for over 30 years and my wife hates debt, so I would pay everything off, but I am TOLD (never believed it) that a certain amount of debt pays with the present IRS.Most folk yelling about Trumps debt would love to have that % problem.13% at 5,ooo,ooo,ooo and 8% @ 8,000,000,000 Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/

Its called OPM, Other Peoples Money. If I owned a house that is valued at 100k and I had a 50k debt on it and rented it for enough to pay the debt the taxes, the insurances and the upkeep. The house would increase in value while the debt decreased.I did not read the article but this is how property investments work unless you have the cash to purchase. With Trump's net worth it does not bother me that he has that debt Recorded Sermons @ www.pastorwiley.com

You are absolutely right my friend. Also many folk are awaiting tax returns with baited breath. I guarantee Trump paid the minimum his tax lawers could come up with, using every break, loop hole available (we all do). When Nixon was president, one year he paid $750 income tax, legally. I had seamen working for me who paid more. His was legal.Even on tax returns, the real wealth will never be known.Along the tax line, I would be willing to bet Hillary paid more than Trump, the cost was worth it, she knew she was going to run and paid a big sum. I am sure she and Bill figured it was worth it, since they were dead broke when leaving office.Sorry to ramble, what was the point now? Oh yeah the dude is in debt. At least I am not! But I drive an older Honda Fit and don't have one of them air planes to keep up! Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/

Not the kind of person I want running the American economy. We need someone who can get us out of debt. Eddie puts people in debt for 200,000 everyday on a house - but wants Trump to buy real estate differently.Hillary is the answer. She wont put us into more debt. We can be sure of that.Too funny

Not the kind of person I want running the American economy. We need someone who can get us out of debt. That's 650 million from someone who owns about 10 billion. How many posters have that low of a debt to asset ratio?Of course, these are companies, and apparently Trump doesn't see a problem with letting an individual company bankrupt if it serves his interests
